Returns Policy
At Fairway Prints, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
Our products include prints, canvases, and frames. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made prints.
- Items that have been modified or altered after purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at admin@fairwayprints.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
- Prepare Your Item for Return: Ensure the item is safely repackaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:
- Refunds: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you’d like an exchange, we will send a replacement product (subject to availability).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at admin@fairwayprints.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will replace the product at no additional cost or offer a refund based on the circumstances.
6. Custom Orders
For custom or personalized items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we will work with you to ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
7. Amendment for Hole-in-One Certificates
There are no returns or refunds on Hole-in-One Certificates. Final designs must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production to ensure satisfaction. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we will work with you to ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
